Japanese love hotels can look mysterious when you have never used one. But not every question needs to be solved before booking.

WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS?
Full rooms, parking and vehicle size can matter. Machines, exits and unfamiliar buttons usually do not need to be understood in advance.
TSUJI / WAKASA
USUALLY LOW CONCERN.
For most ordinary one-woman bookings, love hotels in Tsuji and Wakasa are usually straightforward. You normally do not need to investigate hotel access yourself.

Message reception before dispatch and ask for the next practical option.
There is no single system. In Tsuji and Wakasa, many hotels use one of these patterns:
- Choose an available room from a panel
- Complete a self check-in
- Receive a key from reception
Go there and follow the hotel’s instructions. A Japanese guest using that hotel for the first time may be unfamiliar too.
In many love hotels, the room fee is paid when leaving. There is no need to learn the exact payment procedure in advance.
If it is unclear later, ask the woman when the time comes.
Parking conditions can vary even among nearby hotels. Tell reception if you are using a large SUV, van or tall rental car.
